Shall the Lisle Park District, DuPage County, Illinois, replace the existing Community Center by building and equipping a new Community Activity Center with a fitness area with cardio and strength training equipment, an indoor walking/jogging track, multi-court gymnasium, and flexible programming spaces, and issue its bonds to the amount of $29,750,000 for the purpose of paying the costs thereof?
